Hi, I’m Elizabeth

I’m a UX Researcher & Designer with a deep passion for helping people and improving complex services.


My focus is most often on qualitative, multi-method discovery & evaluative research, with a love for synthesizing actionable insights (by hand, AI, or both).

My favorite types of projects involve creating rich, personal experiences towards a socially-conscious goal. In the process, I help my clients de-risk their projects, measurably increase customer satisfaction, and lower margins.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked on systemic design challenges for healthcare patient services, financial investment institutions, income-qualified households, volunteer engagement efforts, and utility energy-efficiency programs.

These days, I’m working remotely from Santa Fe, NM. In my free time, I enjoy roadtrips to hike in National Parks, finding the best green chili meals around town, making a dent in my ever-growing “to be read” bookshelf, and teaching myself how to draw in Procreate.
